As of November 2014 Qualtrics accounts will be managed using the University Single-Signon (SSO) mechanism used for most university systems. At the time of changeover previous accounts will be re-configured with the SSO system.
On first accessing the St Andrews Qualtrics account the SSO system will create a Qualtrics account which will be initially allocated to a simple category.
Staff in schools with many existing Qualtrics users will be placed in their local School division. Other staff will be handled in a general category.
Student users cannot be easily placed in a suitable category automatically. When first created, all student accounts will have a Trial user type. This can then be upgraded to a suitable category by the user using an upgrade code. Instructions for using codes for upgrades can be found here.
